Orange Hi-C 4 peeled mandarins (save peels) Add peels to pot cover with water and add 1 cup of sugar or sweeten to your liking, 4 green cardamom pods . Simmer for 10 minutes. In the meantime blend peeled mandarins. Once blended add syrup and strain liquid over ice. Now add to pitcher of choice fill to the top of container with water and enjoy!
