🍫*SAVE*🍫5 ingredient healthy dessert that taste like Sn!CKers 🤯 it’s packed w/fiber, antioxidants, potassium & protein, while low in sugar, calories & fat ✨make rn w/my easy recipe ⬇️

Ingredients for 24 servings 🫶🏾

•1 lb Medjool dates (24 dates)

•1/3 c smooth peanut butter (melted)

•1/8 tsp coarse sea salt

•1 1/2 c Nestle Tollhouse semi-sweet morsels (melted)

•2 tbsp chopped pistachios

Step by step instructions 👇🏽

🧻Line a baking sheet w/parchment paper.

🔪Grab the dates & make a slice in each one without cutting all the way through.

🟤Then open the dates & remove the pits. Place all dates directly next to each other on the baking sheet skin side down.

✨Put 4 dates horizontal & 6 dates vertical (24 dates total).

🍫Next pour melted chocolate morsels on top of the dates (melt morsels in sauce pan on a low heat for about 5 mins, stirring occasionally OR in the microwave for a couple of minutes until melted) then pour melted peanut butter on top of the chocolate (melt peanut butter in microwave for 20 secs), sprinkle chopped pistachios & sea salt.

🥶Place in freezer for minimum 3 hours but ideally overnight, cut into bars & then enjoy this delish dessert w/your fam + friends
