My family just loves this dipping sauce
Perfect for burgers, chicken strips and french fries.
1/2 c mayo
1/4 c ketchup
TSB chili juice
1.5 TSP onion, garlic powder, pepper and paprika
Dash of Worcestershire
This dipping sauce is a fantastic way to add a personalized touch to your meals and snacks. Using common ingredients such as mayonnaise and ketchup provides a creamy and tangy base, while the chili juice brings just the right level of spice without overpowering the overall flavor. I often adjust the amount of chili juice depending on how spicy my family wants the sauce to be. One of the highlights of this recipe is the use of paprika, which not only adds a subtle smoky flavor but also gives the sauce a lovely color. Including a dash of Worcestershire sauce adds depth and umami, balancing the sweetness and creaminess from the other ingredients. The combination of onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper rounds out the seasoning, creating a well-balanced dipping experience. In my experience, this sauce pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes beyond just burgers, chicken strips, and fries. It can be used as a spread on sandwiches or as a dip for raw vegetables to add extra flavor. For a slightly healthier twist, I sometimes substitute half of the mayo with Greek yogurt, which lightens the sauce without sacrificing creaminess. This recipe is incredibly versatile and forgiving, so feel free to experiment by adding your favorite herbs or spices, like smoked paprika for a different smoky note or a pinch of cayenne for an extra kick. Overall, this homemade sauce is a quick and tasty way to elevate everyday meals and appetizers with minimal effort.
