Instructions

1. Marinate the Steak & Shrimp

• In a bowl, mix the steak and shrimp with soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper, and sesame oil. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

2. Cook the Protein

• Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp butter.

• Cook the steak for about 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.

• Add shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside with the steak.

3. Prepare the Fried Rice

• Add another tbsp of butter to the pan. Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble. Once cooked, push eggs to the side of the pan.

• Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Then add the peas & carrots, cooking for another 1-2 minutes.

4. Combine Everything

• Add the chilled rice and break it apart with a spatula. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

• Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well.

• Toss in the pineapple chunks, steak, and shrimp. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

• Garnish with chopped green onions.

5. Serve & Enjoy!

• For extra flair, serve it inside a hollowed-out pineapple half!
