The PC job in the mall is like... tired, funny, experienced. It's a job that grows up unwittingly. 😂

• Fill in Czech stock. Check the price tag.
• Meet the owner of the brand to walk the examination = win over the examination

It's up to the employer.
Maybe that day, maybe wait a week, but the rating is about 800-1200 a day.
The advantage of this job
Well, stay in the mall and know which products are reduced. Which products are worth it.

เผื่อใครกำลังเล็ง “งานพนักงาน PC” ในห้าง/ซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต เราขอเสริมจากประสบการณ์ที่เจอมาจริง ๆ ว่างานนี้เหมาะกับคนที่ชอบเจอผู้คนและชอบงานขายแบบยืนหน้าแผงค่ะ หลายคนเข้าใจว่า PC คือแค่ยืนแจกชิมหรือยืนเชียร์สินค้าอย่างเดียว แต่ความจริงมันมีดีเทลยิบย่อยเยอะมาก และถ้ารู้ก่อนจะทำให้ทำงานลื่นขึ้น (แถมไม่โดนดุง่าย ๆ) 1) PC ทำอะไรบ้างใน 1 วัน (นอกจากเชียร์) - เปิดกะแล้วเช็กบูธ/ชั้นวางว่าของครบไหม ป้ายโปรโมชันตรงไหม - เติมของหน้าแผงให้ “ไม่โล่ง” เพราะหน้าตาเชลฟ์มีผลกับยอดมาก - เช็กสต๊อกหลังร้าน/ในสโตร์ บางทีต้องยกของ เช่น ข้าวสาร หรือกล่องสินค้าหนัก ๆ - รายงานยอด/นับสต๊อกตอนเย็น แล้วส่งไลน์ให้หัวหน้าหรือซุป (บางที่ต้องถ่ายรูปชั้นวางประกอบด้วย) 2) รายได้และรูปแบบการจ่ายเงิน งานพนักงาน PC ส่วนใหญ่คิดเป็นรายวันตามที่เราเจอคือประมาณ 800–1,200 บาท/วัน แล้วแต่งานและพื้นที่ บางที่โอนให้วันนั้นเลย บางที่รอเป็นรอบ 1–2 อาทิตย์ แนะนำให้ถามให้ชัดตั้งแต่รับงานว่า “จ่ายแบบไหน โอนวันไหน หักอะไรบ้าง” และควรเก็บสลิป/แชตไว้กันพลาดค่ะ 3) สกิลที่ช่วยให้ยอดขึ้น (และทำงานไม่เครียด) - ท่อง 3 อย่างให้ขึ้นใจ: จุดเด่นสินค้า, โปรโมชั่น, วิธีตอบคำถามยอดฮิต - เวลาลูกค้าไม่สนใจ อย่ารีบตื้อ ให้ใช้วิธีถามสั้น ๆ เช่น “สนใจรสไหนคะ/รับโปร 1 แถม 1 ไหมคะ” แล้วถอยหนึ่งก้าว ให้เขาเลือกง่ายขึ้น - ถ้าโดน “แกล้งถาม/เทสต์สกิล” ให้ตอบตามข้อมูลที่อบรม และถ้าไม่ชัวร์ให้พูดตรง ๆ ว่าขอเช็กข้อมูลก่อน จะดูโปรกว่ามั่วตอบ 4) ของที่ควรเตรียมไปหน้างาน - รองเท้ายืนสบายจริง ๆ (สำคัญสุด) + พลาสเตอร์กันกัด/แผ่นเจลรองส้น - สเปรย์ดับกลิ่นเท้า/ถุงเท้าสำรอง (ยืนทั้งวัน เหงื่อมาแน่นอน) - น้ำเปล่า ลูกอม หรือสเปรย์ชุ่มคอ เพราะต้องพูดทั้งวัน - ถุงมือ/หน้ากากอนามัย (หลายงานยังต้องใช้ โดยเฉพาะงานอาหาร) 5) หา “งาน PC” จากที่ไหนให้ปลอดภัย เราเคยเห็นประกาศในกลุ่มที่รวมงาน PC/พนักงานขาย/BA/PG/PR/STAFF เยอะมาก เวลาจะรับงานให้เช็ก 3 จุด: มีชื่อบริษัท/แบรนด์ชัดไหม, มีรายละเอียดเรท+เวลาทำงาน+สถานที่ครบไหม, และมีรีวิวการจ่ายเงินจริงจากคนเคยทำหรือเปล่า ถ้ามัดจำก่อนหรือข้อมูลคลุมเครือมาก ๆ ให้เลี่ยงค่ะ สรุปคือ งานพนักงาน PC เหนื่อยจริง แต่ได้สกิลพูดกับคน ได้รู้โปรในห้างก่อนใคร และถ้าเตรียมตัวดี ๆ (โดยเฉพาะเรื่องรองเท้าและข้อมูลสินค้า) งานจะสนุกขึ้นและทำได้ยาวแบบไม่พังร่างค่ะ
