🟦 1 lb salt fish (cod), soaked overnight and flaked

🟦 1 cup mashed potatoes

🟦 1 small onion, finely chopped

🟦 1/2 cup sweet bell peppers, diced

🟦 2 green onions, chopped

🟦 1 tsp CMX Complete Seasoning

🟦 1/2 tsp Garlic Sage Seasoning

🟦 1/2 tsp black pepper

🟦 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

🟦 1 egg, beaten

🟦 1/2 cup flour (or breadcrumbs) for binding

🟦 1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley or thyme)

🟦 Oil for frying

How to Make It:

1️⃣ Soak, drain, and flake the salt fish.

2️⃣ Mix in mashed potatoes, veggies, seasonings, and herbs.
