Making it at home is surprisingly simple: you just need coarsely ground coffee, cold water, and patience to let it steep for about 12 to 24 hours. What I love about cold brew is how versatile it is. You can drink it straight, mix it with milk or cream for a richer flavor, or even make delightful coffee cocktails. Plus, since it’s brewed cold, it’s less bitter, making it easier to drink without added sugar. Incorporating moments like "coffee with me" into my daily routine has helped me slow down and appreciate the little things. Whether it’s a busy work-from-home day or a quiet weekend morning, sharing a cup of cold brew coffee is a simple pleasure that brings calm and a bit of joy.
