Do something to support my creativity.

... Read moreCreativity often flourishes when we create space for it in our daily routines. One of the most practical strategies I've discovered is to intentionally reduce screen time to under five hours a day. This simple habit opens up time to engage in hobbies that stimulate imagination and allow the mind to wander freely. Activities such as journaling or spending time in nature not only calm the mind but also inspire new ideas and perspectives. Journaling, for example, acts as both a creative outlet and a tool for reflection. Writing regularly helps me uncover thoughts and feelings that can spark fresh creative projects. I like to keep my journal nearby so I can quickly jot down ideas whenever inspiration strikes. Similarly, immersing myself in natural surroundings—whether it’s a park, a garden, or just a quiet outdoor spot—gives me a break from digital distractions and fuels my creativity through sensory experiences. Combining these habits with mindful screen use creates a balanced routine that supports ongoing creative growth. Limiting screen time not only reduces information overload but also encourages engaging in more varied, hands-on activities. Over time, these small but intentional changes have helped me stay motivated, inspired, and productive in my creative pursuits.
