I'm a sucker for a good wellness shot! I've always purchased mine premade in the little bottles from Walmart or Kroger, so this was definitely a change.
I've always LOVED 1 UP Nutrition so I just knew it would be worth it. The taste is okay for the most part, but there is a heck of a kick at the end. In my opinion, it only last for about 30 seconds.
I take a shot of this every morning to get me going and I must say it has helped in kick starting my day!
