From personal experience, the phrase "May your coffee be stronger than your mare's attitude" couldn’t be more true. Mares are known for their strong personalities—they can be stubborn and independent, demanding respect and patience. Brewing a robust cup of coffee helps me prepare mentally for whatever attitude the mares might throw my way. Whether it’s managing their moods during feeding time or guiding them through training sessions, strong coffee gives the clarity and energy needed to handle these beautiful animals with care and confidence. Beyond the coffee and the horses, ranch life is a rhythm of nature and hard work. It teaches patience, resilience, and a deep appreciation for the outdoors. Every morning greeting the sunrise with the scent of fresh coffee and the sound of hooves is a simple yet profound part of my routine. Sharing these moments with fellow ranchers and horse enthusiasts creates a community bonded by the love of animals and the land.
