Pork leg boiled recipe
Raw Materials
* 700 grams of pig legs
* Kha 5-6 Glasses
* Two lemongrass. Smash the slice.
* 5 bergamot leaves
* 4-5 shallots
* 2 tomatoes
* 2 parsley trees
* 2 onions
* 10 dried peppers roasted
* 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
* 3-4 tablespoons fish sauce
* 3 tablespoons lemon juice
* 1 tablespoon wet tamarind water (added mellow)
* A little salt
* 1.5 litres of water
How to do
1.Wash the pig's legs thoroughly, boil in boiling water for 5 minutes, then pour the effluent, rinse again to reduce the fishy smell.
2. Set a 1.5-liter water pot with lemongrass, shallots, boil until fragrant.
3. Put the pig's legs in the middle of the fire for 40-50 minutes. Until the pig is soft.
4. Tomatoes and ripped bergamot leaves
5.Seasoned with fish sauce, tamarind juice, cayenne pepper and roasted dried chili pepper
6. Turn off the light and add lemon juice to get a fresh sour taste.
