Ingredients:
4 cod fillets
4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
