... Read moreChange can feel overwhelming because fear alters how we perceive the world around us. When I faced a sudden work trip to Kuala Lumpur, what was meant to be routine became a powerful lesson in embracing change. I realized fear can cloud even small moments, making everything seem uncertain. But once I began opening myself up instead of withdrawing, I noticed countless opportunities I had been missing. One major insight I gained is that feeling stuck is a signal to seek, not wait. Answers don’t magically appear—you have to actively look for them. This could mean asking new questions, trying unfamiliar paths, or simply moving forward despite uncertainty. That movement generates clarity that fear blocks. It’s also essential to shift how we view endings. Just because a chapter closes doesn’t mean it was meaningless. Every ending creates space for what’s next, even if it’s not immediately clear. I've learned to appreciate those transitions as growth rather than loss. Most importantly, choosing gratitude over bitterness transforms the experience. Even the confusing and uncomfortable parts hold valuable lessons. Appreciating all aspects of change—not only the easy moments—builds resilience and perspective. If you’re scared of change, try to see fear as a signal that you care deeply about your life’s direction. Use that as motivation to act rather than overthink. Growth often happens invisibly, shaped by every shift you show up for. What are you learning in this season of life? Embracing change with openness and curiosity has been my key to not just surviving but thriving through uncertainty.
