No one has to see

The return of effort.

To work, what do you think is the return of effort?

Over the past several months, I've been working hard, trying to fix problems, taking responsibility for what's in front of me, and doing everything I can.

I used to think that if the fierce boss didn't see us, it would be best for us, at least not to be blamed, not to be wronged, leaving us as ordinary people working quietly.

But as time went on, I found that not being seen doesn't always mean not being blamed.

Sometimes it means...Our goodness is also not seen.

The intentions, responsibilities and efforts we put into dissolve with the work day.

I used to think that if one day I became the boss or the one who had the opportunity to make a decision, I would be the one to tell my people:

"I see your efforts."

Because sometimes people don't want great praise, but someone sees that we are trying, and that gives us the strength to move on.

I asked myself, what kind of people do organizations need?

Someone who was good at everything in the first place.

Or ordinary people who are not very good but try every day.

Maybe the talented put in less effort, or maybe they tried hard in ways we've never seen.

But for an ordinary person like me, almost every step of growth comes at the expense of training, mistakes, and uncompromising.

So I used to believe that good people and trying people deserve the same admiration.

Because good results are valuable.

But the effort is also worthy of being seen.

But today, my mind has changed.

I don't want anyone to see my own efforts anymore.

It doesn't have to be the most prominent. It doesn't have to be the person everyone's talking about.

Just doing your best work is enough.

What I want to reap from work is not praise, but stories.

The story of the people.

Human feelings

Excellence, diligence, effort, disappointment, envy, hope and growth.

I want to keep these little details and put them in an article.

Because finally, the most valuable thing for me may not be the position, not the admiration, and not the recognition of anyone.

But every day of my life, there are enough stories for me to write.

And if one article makes someone feel like, "I'm not walking alone,"

For me...So that's the return of the most rewarding effort.
