Court dismisses "Am cyanide" lawsuit

Acquitted of killing a little brother, a vegetable vendor cleared 60,000 debts on the grounds that the testimony was not linked by the case before the punishment court: case 1, execution court, case 2, execution, but reduction of life imprisonment; case 3, dismissal, case 4, execution, but reduction of life imprisonment; 5. (most recently today) Dismissal.

The fifth case, the criminal court dismissed "Am Cyanide," accused of poisoning the little brother, the vegetable vendor, the testimony was not linked.

At 10: 00 the Criminal Court, the Court appointed to hear the judgment of Amcyanide, case 5, Aiga, criminal case 10, as the plaintiff, against Mrs. Sararat Rangsikhan or Am. 39-year-old Cyanide is the defendant for the offence of murdering others on premeditation.

The plaintiffs sued that the defendant had inserted cyanide toxin into the food with the intention of killing the deceased vegetable dealer, Nil Noi, or the deceased vegetable dealer, on the grounds that the defendant wanted to kill the deceased's debt of 60,000 baht and have the deceased's husband pay for the debt at a higher value than he had borrowed by mixing cyanide into a vegetable salad, the deceased ate ate it before fainting and died at the hospital.

The defendant gave the denial.

The court found that, as a result of several deaths involving cyanide poisoning in March 2023, the deceased's husband suspected that the defendant was involved in the death of his wife, Mrs. Sarin, in 2022, the deceased's husband reported the defendant's alleged intent to kill the deceased by adulterating cyanide into a vegetable salad, causing the body to absorb blood into the bloodstream as a result of death.

The plaintiffs had the deceased's physician testify that the deceased's blood was acidic from severe infection or exposure to toxins, but the witness did not confirm that the deceased was exposed to cyanide toxins, could not say whether the toxins imported into the body were imported by the deceased, or could not confirm the fact that it was from any toxin, but only that the blood was acidic, so the testimony had no weight to hear that the defendant had poisoned cyanide to the deceased.

The plaintiff claimed that the killing was 60,000 baht. But according to the facts, the deceased took a car to pawn with the defendant for 100,000 baht, and the deceased paid the defendant 50,000 baht. After death, the defendant claimed that the deceased husband had to pay for the car pawn of 600,000 baht, but the bargain was reduced to 300,000 baht. The deceased husband paid 300,000 baht and got the car back, so that he could not be a motive for the testimony. The plaintiff's evidence does not link that the defendant would commit the above-assumed offence. Judgment dismissed the prosecution.
