When you start working back, the pump cycle is less and less by the time you get it. At present, you have almost 9 months. The pump is about 8-10 ounces a day. It starts to have some extra milk powder, which we are not serious at all. Just a full baby, sleep well, strong enough. 😊

Food: Eat everything you want. Milk tea, bakery, full! (Focus on eating 1-2 lecithin a day) P.S. A little to observe your symptoms. If you don't lose, it's full.

Drinking Water: Drink lots of water (We drink cold water)

Mind: No stress is the most important. If we are happy, happy children, milk will come by ourselves.
