chanced upon Home Baking Day while thinking what else is there to do in sg 🫢 we both love cooking/baking but either no space or we're just too lazy to buy ingredients... 😅 soooo this ended up being the perfect activity for us!!
technically we're not learning from a real person but from a tablet honestly... so much better??🤗🤗 we got to yap non-stop while baking without anyone watching us HAHA the instructions were quite clear it tells you exactly what ingredient to take, which bowl to use 🥣 + even shows short videos for reference! we hardly bake at home but we decided to be ambitious and chose an intermediate level cake... and somehow it was p easy??!!
you can make a reservation on their website (https://www.homebakingday.com/index/en) and choose the cake you wanna bake! they have quite a lot of options ranging from ~$60-$90 btw the price is per dessert + 1 pax entry fee, so if you bring another person you just pay their entry fee (weekday + $10 / holiday + $14)!
we made lemon passion fruit mousse 🍋🎂so we didn't need to use the oven hehe. AND they provide a tripod for you to film yourself + free drinks like coffee, milo, tea & water! 😋
