SAVE YOUR SCRAPS!🥕

One of the easiest things I’ve done by far

🧄1. Simply start by saving your scraps from dinners, bell pepper bits, carrot bits, onion you didn’t use etc.

🫑2. I always store mine in a bag and toss in the freezer. Every time I obtain more scraps I simply take my bag out, toss them in there and back into the freezer they go.

🌽3. When I am ready to use my scraps ( my 1 quart bag is full) I’ll throw my (about 8 -10 cups ) veggies in a pot and put water over them.

🍆4. I’ll let them come to a boil for 10-15 minutes then set to simmer and cover for about 3-6 hours. (The more veggies the more time I recommend simmering )

🥔5. Let cool and store in the fridge! It’ll stay good for 3-5 days.
