Easy Strawberry Muffins Recipe

Go ahead, bake up a batch of these delicious treats…there’s really muffin to it!

Strawberry Muffins -

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

3/4 cup almond flour

1 tbsp baking powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

1 cup milk

1/4 cup oil

2 eggs

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cups diced strawberries

Glaze-

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1-2 tablespoons milk

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 12-cup muffin tin with baking cups

Combine flours, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and set aside

Whisk together milk, oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir to combine

Fold in the strawberries

Scoop the batter into the muffin cups

Bake 18-20 minutes, until muffin tops spring back to the touch

Cool 10 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely

Glaze-

Stir ingredients together

Drizzle over muffins
