Easy Fried Ice Cream Recipe

A fun and EASY take on fried ice cream…

Easy Fried Ice Cream -

Ingredients:

1 TB butter of choice

1 1/2 cup corn flakes, crushed

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Ice cream

Chocolate syrup

Whipped cream

Cherries

Instructions:

Melt butter in pan over medium heat

Stir in crushed corn flakes and cinnamon

Fry until golden and crispy

Allow to cool

Roll scoops of ice cream in toasted cereal, pressing gently

Serve topped with chocolate, whipped cream and cherries

Enjoy!
