You’re gonna love these crispy potato hearts…they’re spudtacular! 🥔

Crispy Potato Hearts Recipe -

Ingredients:

4 medium russet potatoes

3 tbsp corn starch

1/2 tsp salt

1/3 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1/4 cup chopped parsley

Oil, for frying

Instructions:

Boil potatoes in salted water for 12-15 minutes until tender

Drain and mash until smooth

Add cornstarch, spices, parsley and mix until well combined

Press mixture together to form a ball and then roll out to about 1/2” thick

Cut into heart shapes

Heat oil over medium heat

Fry the potato hearts until crispy and golden

Place on paper towels to drain

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce
