#OUTDOORCHALLENGE TAKE A HIKE!

Through Arizona with me 😉

1. Lake Powell/Antelope Canyon-

We grabbed a jetski on Lake Powell to get to Antelope Canyon. Can I just say spring versus summer is the way to go?! We did not see a single person in there!

Antelope Canyon was AMAZING! We hiked through the entire canyon and it was a sight to see! 10/10 recommend.

2. Hiking Horseshoe Bend- BREATHTAKINGLY GORGEOUS!

It’s about a 20-30 minute walk to get there but SO worth it.

Traveling from Michigan, to Arizona…I loved it here! Desert life is the life for me🌵✈️

Antelope Canyon, a slot canyon near the town of Page, is famous for its wave-like structure and light beams that shine through the narrow openings. The best time to visit is during mid-day when the sun casts brilliant colors across the canyon walls. While you’re there, consider taking a guided tour to learn more about the geology and history of this remarkable landscape. Horseshoe Bend is another must-see spot located just a short hike from the parking area. This iconic bend in the Colorado River offers breathtaking views and the opportunity for stunning photography. A 20-30 minute walk rewards you with panoramic vistas of the river carved into the landscape. For a truly memorable experience, visit during sunrise or sunset when the colors reflect beautifully off the rock formations. As you explore these natural wonders, don’t forget to stay hydrated, wear durable footwear, and practice Leave No Trace principles to preserve the beauty for future visitors.
