Fluffy, jiggly pancakes stacked with rich Okinawan purple sweet potato paste, sweet potato compote, and drizzled with kuromitsu syrup. The sweet potato flavor is natural and earthy, not too sweet — perfect balance.

Never had anything like this before — roasted soybean flour with kuromitsu gives it a nutty, toasted flavor that’s so comforting and unique.
