[Ingredients (for 2-4 people)]

Half Bacon: 8 slices

Long potatoes: net 200g

Shimeji: 1 / 2 pack

Fresh cream: 80ml

Western-style dashi stock (granules): 1 tsp

Salt and pepper: to taste

Cooking oil: Appropriate amount

[How to make]

① Cut the bacon into about 1cm wide pieces. Peel the yam and cut it into about 1cm thick half moons or cut it into small pieces. Cut off the base of the shimeji mushrooms and divide them into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the bacon over medium heat.

③ When the scent of bacon rises and the whole is crispy, add the yam and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

④ Add shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry. When the whole is covered with oil, add 120 ml of water (not included) and Western-style dashi stock and cover. Heat over high heat at first, then simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.

⑤ Add fresh cream, season with salt and pepper if you like, and turn off the heat when it comes to a boil.

⑥ Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with chopped parsley if you like.
