Stir-fried Pork Belly Radish
[Ingredients (for 2-3 people)]
Sliced pork: 160g
Daikon (large): 10cm
Sake, oil: each appropriate amount
Green onion (chopped), chili pepper, etc.: each appropriate amount according to your preference

Soy sauce, mirin, sake: 1 and 1 / 2 spoon spoon each

[How to make]
① Cut pork into easy-to-eat sizes and sprinkle sake. Peel the daikon radish and cut it into 2-3mm wide pieces. Mix A together.
② Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the daikon over high heat. When it is cooked, move it to the back of the frying pan and fry the pork in front.
③ When the pork is cooked, add A and cook for 3-4 minutes until the daikon radish is soaked in flavor.
