Tea VIBES ONLY
Like many women, I dread that time of the month. I often feel defeated and weak, unable to get much done for almost five days. However, one thing that really helps me is drinking tea. Peppermint tea works wonders for soothing period cramps and headaches. Recently, I learned that green tea can help boost energy levels.
I struggle with low energy on a daily basis, and it’s even worse during my cycle. Yesterday, after lying around most of the day, I decided to try green tea. After drinking it, I felt energized enough to get up and clean the house—it definitely works!
