書類整理って「全部ファイルに綴じる」が正解だと思ってたんですが、実際は“出し入れの面倒さ”で続かないことが多かったです。私が落ち着いたのは、①一時置き場を作る→②穴を開けないで分類→③倒れない仕組みにする、の3段階でした。 まずおすすめは「書類の一時置き場 100均」発想。郵便・学校プリント・レシートをいきなり本収納に入れようとすると散らかります。私はA4のクリアファイルケース（100均）を1つだけ“仮置き”にして、そこに入る分だけ保留OKにしました。週1回だけ見直す日に、必要/不要/保管に振り分けるとラクです。 次に「書類 ファイリング 穴開けない」方法。説明書やパンフレットは穴あけ不要のまま、蛇腹ファイル（ダイソー）やドキュメントスタンドに入れると早いです。インデックス（書類整理 100均 インデックス／ファイル タブ 100均）を付けて、家電・家具・契約・医療・学校など“探す時の頭の中の分類”に合わせると迷いません。ラベルは手書きでも十分ですが、P-TOUCH CUBEみたいに同じフォントで揃うと見た目が一気に整います。 「引き出し ファイル 倒れる」問題には、ファイルスタンドを“詰めすぎない”のがコツでした。中身が少ないと倒れやすいので、幅に余裕がある場合は仕切り板を足すか、100均のブックエンドを中でストッパー代わりに入れると安定します。キャンドゥやダイソーのファイルスタンドは、裏返して白い面を前にすると生活感が消えておすすめです。 無印のパンフレット収納っぽくしたい時は、100均ファイルボックス＋ラベルで十分それっぽくなります。ポイントは「立てる」「同じ高さで揃える」「背表紙にカテゴリ名」の3つ。 最後に、保証書の保管方法。私は“保証期限が切れたら処分”を基本にして、保証書だけは小さめのクリアポケット（名刺・はがきサイズ）にまとめ、説明書と同じカテゴリ内に入れています。探す回数が多いものほど、取り出しやすい場所に寄せるのがいちばんの時短でした。
