I tried shooting outside, but it was quite difficult.

I was walking and standing, so I thought it would be good to take a picture at home.

月齢フォトを続けるなら、私は「おむつ月齢フォト」がいちばんラクで、しかも可愛く仕上がると思いました。服選びに迷わないし、毎月の比較がしやすいのが本当に助かります。 ■おむつ月齢フォトが続く理由（準備が最小）・用意するのは「月齢ロゼット（or “1 month”などのカード）」と、いつも使っているおむつだけ・撮影場所は窓際の床 or ベッドの上でOK（自然光がいちばん盛れました）・背景は白いシーツやブランケットにすると、後から見返しても統一感が出ます ■「同じ服」で撮るならサイズの決め方（迷子になりがち）月齢フォトを同じ服で揃えたい場合、私は“伸びがいい素材”を選ぶのがポイントだと感じました。・リブ素材、ストレッチ素材、カーディガンなど「多少サイズが変わっても着せやすい」もの・トップスは少し大きめでも可愛いけど、ボトムはきつくなるので注意・途中で着られなくなったら無理に続けず、「同じ色味」や「同じテイスト」で切り替えると写真の並びがきれいです ■1ヶ月バースデー〜100日祝いを自宅で撮る小ワザ・撮影前にテーブルや床の上を片付けて、背景に余計な物が写らないようにする・100日祝いは料理が主役になりやすいので、赤ちゃんの近くにロゼットや小物を寄せて“主役感”を作る・自宅撮影は時間がずらせるのが最大のメリット。機嫌が悪い日は、無理せず翌日に回してました ■ハーフバースデー写真アイデア（飾りすぎない方が写りやすい）・バルーンは多すぎると視線が散るので、「HALF」など文字系＋小さめを数個に絞るとまとまります・羽や王冠、小さめのぬいぐるみを“両サイドに置く”と写真が安定・足型を残すなら、撮影前に先に取っておくと焦らないです（撮影後だと疲れて忘れがちでした） ■2歳誕生日の写真アイデア（動き回る前提で） 2歳は「止まってくれない」が普通なので、私は“撮影セットを最小にして安全優先”が正解だと思いました。・背景は壁 or カーテンにバルーンを貼る（床に置く飾りは倒されがち）・椅子や台に乗せるより、床で遊んでる自然な表情を狙う・ケーキは手づかみOKのものにして、ぐちゃぐちゃも思い出として撮ると後で見返して楽しいですおむつ月齢フォトも、同じ服の成長比較も、完璧にやろうとすると疲れます。私は「今月も1枚撮れたらOK」くらいの気持ちにしたら、1歳までちゃんと続きました。
