洗面台横の隙間って、見た目は小さいのに“地味に困る場所”ですよね。うちは賃貸で大きな棚も置けないので、隙間にホコリや水アカが溜まる→掃除しづらい→さらに汚れる…のループでした。しかも、ヘアピンやクリップみたいな小物がコロッと落ちて行方不明になることも。 tower（山崎実業）の洗面台横隙間トレーは、洗面台と壁の隙間に差し込むだけで“落下防止＋ちょい置き収納”が一気に解決するタイプ。工具いらずで、賃貸でも取り入れやすいのが助かりました。 私が設置前にチェックしたポイントは3つあります。 1) 隙間の幅 商品幅は約8.6cmなので、「隙間がそれより狭いと入らない」「広すぎるとグラつく」可能性があります。私はメジャーで壁〜洗面台の距離を測ってから買いました。 2) 置くものを決めておく トレーは“浅め”なので、背の高いボトルを並べるより、歯磨き粉・フロス・子どもの歯磨きアイテム・小さめの軟膏類みたいな毎日使う小物が相性良かったです。軟膏や小物は、セリアのケースにまとめるとごちゃつきにくいです。 3) 水はね対策 洗面台まわりはどうしても水が跳ねるので、置く物は「拭きやすい」「濡れてもOK」なもの中心に。私は家具の側面にマステ（タイル柄）を貼って、水アカ・汚れ隠しと掃除のラクさを両立しました。貼り替えもしやすく、つなぎ目も意外と目立ちにくかったです。 さらに“洗面台 収納”をスッキリさせたい人は、浮かせる収納の組み合わせがかなり効きます。例えばtowerのフィルムフック＋マグネットのタンブラーでコップを吊るすと、ぬめりが減って掃除回数が減りました。 洗面所の隙間収納は、少しの工夫で毎日の動線が変わるので、まずは「落ちる・汚れる」ストレスがある隙間から埋めていくのがおすすめです。
