Weight loss journey day 1
I need you guys to hold me accountable for my weight loss journey. I am 5”4 and I currently weigh 159 pounds. I want to lose 30 pounds. Today 10/01 is my first day of my weight loss journey. If you come across this post please check in. I want to do this for myself but I can’t seem to keep the promises I made to myself. But I hate breaking promises to others so if you see this please comment and remind of the promise I made to you guys.
