Oh my goodness, if you're anything like me, you absolutely adore all things Disney! That's exactly why I decided to dive headfirst into creating my very own Disney junk journal planner. It's not just a place to jot down notes; it's a little slice of magic that helps me keep track of memories, plan future adventures, and inject some pixie dust into my everyday. You might be wondering, 'Why a junk journal specifically for Disney?' For me, it's about capturing the feeling. Regular planners sometimes feel too rigid. With a junk journal, especially an A6 binder size like mine, you can truly make it your own. I love adding all sorts of Disney pages – from vintage illustrations to modern park maps – and then layering them with stickers and ephemera. The goal is to create something that feels lived-in and full of character. What makes it so practical? Well, it’s perfect for planning your next trip to Disneyland or any Disney park! I have sections dedicated to packing lists, ride priorities, and even a 'Guest Check' style page to list my favorite snacks or character dining experiences. Imagine having a 'Popcorn Fresh&Delicious' tab just for your must-try treats! Beyond trips, it's wonderful for daily inspiration. I use 'WEEKLY' layouts to plan my tasks, but I'll add little Mickey Mouse stickers and inspirational quotes like 'This is where the MAGIC happens!' to keep me motivated. It really does make mundane tasks feel more magical. I sourced so many fun elements for mine – little tabs labeled 'FUN' and 'SHINE' from craft stores, and plenty of Disney character stickers featuring Mickey, Donald, Daisy, and Goofy. The clear page protectors are fantastic for showcasing ticket stubs or pressed pennies. And the best part? It's always evolving. I'm constantly adding new photos, movie ticket stubs from Disney+ nights, or even just doodling my favorite characters. Don't be afraid to get creative! If you're starting one, think about what Disney means to you. Is it the adventure? The nostalgia? The pure joy? Let that guide your decor. Adding a Mickey Mouse head clasp to my binder made it feel extra special, and a simple red polka dot ribbon adds that classic Disney touch. I saved an older planner of mine to cut out some of the pretty art work in, but realized that I could just turn it into a travel junk journal!
