Roast Beef Sliders with Swiss Cheese and Au Ju

Ingredients:

•Sliced Roast Beef

•Sliced Swiss Cheese

•Kings Hawaiian Rolls

• Au Ju Sauce

First you’re going to mix your powdered Au Ju packet in with three cups of water and let it come to a boil.

Cut your sliders in half so you can insert the cheese and roast beef.

Get a spoon and pour the roast beef on both sides of the inside of the rolls.

Before you put the roast beef on the sandwich, soak them in the Au Ju for a few seconds.

Add the cheese and close the sandwiches.

Before putting the sandwiches in the oven, use your spoon and pour some of the sauce on the top of the sandwiches.

Bake in the oven for around 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Make sure you monitor them so the sauce on the top doesn’t burn. Cook until bread isn’t too soft.

They’re a really good snack and very easy to make. Also good for gatherings as hors d'oeuvres.
