two books at once
Does anyone else do this?
I don't have a lot of time throughout the day to read, but I do love to flip through and sink into the pages of a good book. Buuuut I can't always sit down without disturbances and actually enjoy it.
So now I listen to an audiobook when I'm busy and multitasking during the day. And at night after the kids lay down and I have some me time, I get to read a physical book.
My current audiobook is Butcher and blackbird by Brynne Weaver. I love good banter in the mix of spice. so far it's good, But I literally just started it today.
My current read is Haunting Adeline by H.D. Carlton. Idk why I didn't think the word "haunting" in the title would connect to an actual haunting in the book. It's drawing me in and about ⅓ of the way through. Something about a stalker MMC who is obsessed and protective with the FMC that gets me. Excited to see where this goes.
Again, always looking for book recs. I have a long TBR but, good to know what order I should read them in😏
