Couldn't find the Dubai chocolate bar
I have been craving a pistachio Dubai chocolate bar SO bad, so my husband drove to this place and hour away from our house in 📍Location: Irving, TX *BigDash*
They said that since going viral on TikTok, they are always sold out.
Sad day, BUT my sweet husband brought me back all of these to try🥹🫶
Most were very light and not too sweet. The turkish danish isn't sweet at all, and my least favorite. The cookie butter chocolate bar was my favorite 😍 and now i just know their pistachio bar has to be amazing. Hopefully, I can catch it again some other time🤞❤️
It's so frustrating when a viral treat, especially something as hyped as the Dubai pistachio chocolate bar, sells out before you can get your hands on it! Many of us have been on that 'rare Dubai chocolate hunt,' only to come up empty-handed due to its TikTok fame. What makes this specific chocolate so sought-after is often its unique crispy, creamy pistachio filling, sometimes inspired by Middle Eastern desserts like knafeh. If you're planning your own hunt for this elusive bar or any other trending dessert, here are a few tips I've picked up: Call Ahead: Always, always call the store or 'dubai chocolate shop' before making a long trip. Stock can change quickly, especially for viral items. Check Social Media: Follow the store's or brand's social media pages. They often post updates on restocks or sold-out items. Go Early: If you know a fresh delivery is coming, try to visit right when the store opens. This can significantly increase your chances. Explore Smaller Shops: Sometimes, smaller, independent dessert bars or Middle Eastern bakeries might carry similar artisanal chocolates or even their own versions of trending treats. Don't limit your search to just the most obvious places. But even if the direct hunt fails, don't let that dampen your dessert spirits! As I discovered, a 'mille the dessert bar' or any local bakery can offer unexpected delights. If you're craving pistachio, there are countless delicious alternatives. Beyond the chocolate bar, you might find a decadent pistachio cake, a flaky pistachio pastry, or rich pistachio gelato that can satisfy that craving. Look for desserts that use real pistachio paste for that authentic, nutty flavor, like the vibrant green of a good pistachio cake. And let's talk about other Middle Eastern delights! My experience with the Turkish danish wasn't quite what I hoped for, but that's the beauty of trying new things. There's a whole world of pastries like baklava, with its layers of phyllo and nuts, or the aforementioned knafeh, a sweet cheese pastry. Many shops also offer delightful hazelnut pastries or creamy tiramisu, as seen in my haul. The joy of a dessert hunt isn't just about finding that one item, but about the delicious journey and the sweet surprises you uncover along the way. Who knows, your next favorite dessert might be waiting right around the corner!
