CMで気になっていた「ライオンが本気で作った美白歯磨き」って、実際どうなんだろう？と思って、私が使った範囲での“リアルな体感”をもう少し詳しく書きます。結論から言うと、いわゆる刺激強めのスースー系というより、「毎日続けやすいのに磨いた満足感は高い」タイプでした。 まずテクスチャー。Lightee PREMIUMはねっとりしたペーストで、歯にピタッと止まる感じがします。個人的に、サラッとした歯磨き粉だとすぐ泡だらけになって「ちゃんと当てたい場所にブラシを当てられてる？」と不安になることがあるのですが、これは泡立ちが過剰じゃないので、前歯の表面や歯の裏、奥歯のかみ合わせまで落ち着いて磨けました。CMの印象だけだと“美白に全振り”に見えたけど、磨きやすさの点で日常使い向きだと思います。 着色（ステイン）が気になる人向けの使い方としては、私の場合「朝は軽め、夜は丁寧」にしました。夜はコーヒーや紅茶を飲んだ日の後に、前歯の表面を小刻みにブラッシング。強くゴシゴシではなく、当てる時間を少し長めにする意識にしたら、磨いた後のツルツル感がわかりやすかったです。あと、歯の表面がつるっとすると、翌日の着色が“つきにくい気がする”瞬間がありました（あくまで体感）。 香味はかなり特徴的で、紅茶の上品さ＋ビターな柑橘のシトラスティーミント。甘すぎないのがよくて、食後の口の中のもったり感がリセットされる感じでした。寝る前に使ってもキツすぎない清涼感なので、ミントが強すぎるのが苦手な人でも試しやすいと思います。 「ライオン 美白歯磨き」で迷っている人に伝えたいのは、即効で真っ白！というより、“毎日の歯磨きを丁寧に続けたくなる設計”だということ。コーヒー・紅茶をよく飲む人、歯磨き粉の泡立ちが苦手な人、香りで気分を上げたい人には相性が良さそうです。 最後に、より実感を上げたい私の小ワザ。磨く前に軽くうがい→歯ブラシはやわらかめで圧をかけすぎない→最後にフロス（または歯間ブラシ）までやると、口の中のスッキリ感が段違いでした。美白ケアは“歯磨き粉だけで完結”というより、習慣のセットで効いてくる気がしています。
