「顔汗 止める マツキヨ」「顔用制汗剤 マツキヨ」「メイクキープミスト マツキヨ」あたりで探してる人向けに、私が使ってみて“失敗しにくかった使い方”をまとめます。 まず、こういう顔用の制汗ミストは「いつ使うか」で体感がかなり変わりました。私は一番効果を感じたのが外出前の仕込み。スキンケア→日焼け止め→ベースメイクまで終えたあと、顔から少し離してふわっと1〜2プッシュ。ミストが細かいタイプだと、メイクの上からでも水滴になりにくくてヨレにくいです。吹きかけたら、すぐ触らず10〜20秒くらい置いてなじませるのがコツ。急いで手で押さえるとムラになったり、ファンデが動きやすい気がしました。 次に、メイク直しのタイミング。汗をかいたあとにいきなりスプレーするより、ティッシュで軽く押さえて汗を取ってから使うと仕上がりがきれいでした。私はTゾーン〜小鼻の横、フェイスライン、首元に使うことが多いです。特にマスクの日は、蒸れやすい頬の外側に薄く仕込むと快適さが上がりました。 「マツキヨ キープミスト」と迷う人もいると思うけど、メイクキープ系は“仕上がり固定”が得意で、制汗系は“汗そのものを抑える/ベタつきにくくする”方向の体感でした。なので、顔汗が強い日は制汗ミストを先に、仕上げにキープミストを重ねる（か、逆にどちらか1つに絞る）みたいに、その日の汗量で調整するのが現実的。 あと地味に大事なのが量。たくさんかければ安心…ではなくて、つけすぎると表面が湿って逆に崩れやすい日がありました。最初は少なめ→足りなければ追加、が安全。ノンパウダー処方だと白浮きしにくい反面、皮脂が多い日はテカリが出ることもあるので、仕上げにTゾーンだけ軽くパウダーを足すとバランス取りやすかったです。 最後に注意点。目の周りは刺激を感じやすいので避けて、吹きかけるときは目と口を閉じて、吸い込まないように短時間で。ひんやり感（冷涼成分）がしっかりあるタイプは、肌がゆらいでる日は様子見しながら使うのがおすすめです。 マツキヨ限定は店頭で見つけられないこともあるので、行くならコスメ棚の「制汗スプレー/デオドラント」付近もチェックすると見つけやすかったです。
