สำหรับใครที่ชื่นชอบก๋วยเตี๋ยวหมูสูตรบ้านบึงเหมือนผม ร้านแป๊ะชัยที่เพิ่งเปิดสาขาใหม่ที่พุทธมณฑลสาย 3 นี้เป็นทางเลือกที่ดีมากๆ เพราะนอกจากจะได้รสชาติแท้ๆ จากชลบุรีแล้ว บรรยากาศร้านยังโปร่งโล่งน่านั่ง เหมาะกับการมาอุดหนุนเป็นประจำ สิ่งที่ผมชอบมากคือการใส่ปลาหมึกแห้งซอยที่เพิ่มความหอมกรุ่นและให้รสสัมผัสที่ไม่เหมือนใคร หมูนุ่มและลูกชิ้นก็แน่นเด้ง ไม่ผสมแป้งเลย ทำให้ได้คุณภาพเนื้อแท้ๆ และน้ำซุปมีการเคี่ยวนานจนได้ความหวานธรรมชาติทำให้กินแล้วติดใจจริงๆ นอกจากนี้ยังมีเมนูเด็ดอื่นๆ เช่น ทอดมันหมูเต้งที่ชาวบ้านบึงแนะนำกัน รวมถึงน้ำจิ้มสูตรลับที่ทำให้รสชาติกลมกล่อมขึ้นไปอีก คนแถวนี้บอกผมว่าร้านนี้เขารักษารสชาติแบบบ้านบึงไว้อย่างดีที่สุด ใครอยู่แถวบางแค บางไผ่ หรือใกล้เคียงลองมาแวะชิมดูนะครับ เปิดตั้งแต่เช้าถึงบ่าย 4 โมงเหมาะกับมื้อกลางวันหรือมื้อเบาๆ ระหว่างวันจริงๆ
