Managing emotions without suppressing them.

Think: pausing before reacting, taking breaks, grounding skills, naming emotions.

Communicating clearly and navigating conflict with less chaos.

Think: boundaries, active listening, and choosing your responses intentionally.

Feedback = information, not an attack.
