🗻Wake Up to Mt. Fuji

🌸 Fujiya New Century Hotel, Kawaguchiko

# View

Excellent view from the room, just that alone makes the stay worth it 🗻✨

# Location

Not right next to Kawaguchiko Station, but super convenient with their free shuttle. You can ask the station staff to call the hotel for pick-up, and the hotel will also drop you off when needed.

# Staff

Friendly, attentive, and warm .The staff even helped us take perfect couple photos, service on par with some 5⭐ hotels.

# Food

We booked the half-board option (dinner & breakfast) 🍱 Served in the common dining area with generous portions. Taste is on the lighter side, focusing on fresh ingredient flavours.

# Facilities

Tried the downstairs sauna (there’s also one on a higher floor with Mt. Fuji views). Clean, relaxing, and grabbing a cold drink after the sauna while looking at Fuji-san = unforgettable.

# Overall

Visited in December ❄️, paid around ¥20,000–¥25,000/night for 2 pax with meals. Outstanding hospitality, breathtaking views, and peaceful atmosphere. We wil definitely visit again 💯

Fuji from your room, the hotel’s amenities truly enhance the experience. Their free shuttle service from Kawaguchiko Station makes travel super easy, so you don't need to worry about getting around. I found the staff exceptionally warm and helpful—they even helped capture some lovely couple photos during our stay, which added a personal touch that made our trip more memorable. When it comes to dining, the half-board option is worth considering. Both dinner and breakfast focus on fresh ingredients and lighter flavors which is perfect after a day of sightseeing. One highlight was the sauna facilities: relaxing in the sauna and then enjoying a cool drink while admiring Mt. Fuji’s serene landscape was a moment I won’t forget. I visited in December when the winter atmosphere added a magical charm to the surroundings. The peaceful environment and outstanding hospitality made the stay feel very special, and the price was reasonable for the quality offered. For anyone exploring where to stay near Mt. Fuji, this hotel is a cozy, convenient, and scenic option that will enrich your trip.
