「二ツ島観光ホテル（海音色の宿 偕 二ツ島）」は、名前の通り“二ツ島ビュー”がご褒美のお宿でした。私がいちばんテンション上がったのは、食事の時間。窓の外に二ツ島がどーんと見えて、海の音を聞きながらごはんを食べられるのが最高でした。二ツ島って写真映えだけじゃなく、実物は迫力があってずっと眺めていられます。 夕食は海の幸が主役で、お刺身はその時期の旬が出るみたい。私のときはスズキ・アジ・ヒラメが並んで、どれも身がぷりっとしていて新鮮さを感じました。あと、金目鯛の煮付けがしっかり味が染みていてご飯が進む…！〆の鯛茶漬けは、鯛ももちろん美味しいけど“出汁が主役”って言いたくなるくらい。胃が落ち着くのに満足感はちゃんとあるので、最後まで楽しめました。 お肉系も少し欲しい人は、メニューにローズポークのしゃぶしゃぶがある日もあるみたいで、魚だけだと物足りないかも…という人にも良さそう。デザートの茨城名物メロンも、甘くてジューシーで締めまで抜かりなしでした。 朝食は籠に小鉢が並ぶ“和朝食プレート”で、見た目がかわいくて朝から気分が上がります。卵や煮物、漬物など少しずつ色々食べられるのがうれしいポイント。個人的には塩辛がめちゃくちゃ美味しくて、ご飯が足りなくなりそうでした。 温泉は窓から海と二ツ島が見える内湯が印象的。お湯はpH8.5とのことで、入ったあと肌がつるっとした感じがして、旅の疲れがふっと抜けました。時間帯によって海の色が変わるので、できれば夕方〜夜と朝で2回入るのがおすすめです。 行き方メモ：車なら常磐道「北茨城IC」から約6分で、駐車場あり。電車はJR常磐線の磯原駅（東口）からタクシー約5分なので、荷物が多い日はタクシー移動が楽でした。チェックイン15:00〜／チェックアウト10:00なので、早めに着いたら周辺で海を眺めてから入ると“二ツ島満喫コース”になります。
