私も二ツ島観光ホテルに宿泊した際、窓から見える二ツ島の雄大な景色に感動しました。特に印象に残ったのは夕食の海鮮づくし。新鮮なアジやスズキ、ヒラメのお刺身がどれも厚みがあり、口の中でとろけるような味わいで、何度もおかわりしたくなるほどでした。 金目鯛の煮付けは甘辛いタレがしっかり染みていて、ご飯が進みます。また、〆の鯛茶漬けは、さっぱりしたお出汁が効いていて、海の幸の余韻を最後まで楽しめました。朝の籠盛りプレートには卵料理や海老のサラダ、煮物、漬物とバランスがよく、特に塩辛の旨味が印象に残っています。 温泉もpH8.5の優しい泉質で、海を眺めながらゆったりとした時間を過ごせました。北茨城ICから車で約6分、磯原駅からもタクシーで5分とアクセスも便利なので、観光の拠点に最適です。夏休みの旅行におすすめですよ！
