五色沼湖沼群って「トレッキング」と聞くと身構えがちなんですが、実際に行ってみると“散策＋絶景鑑賞”の満足度が高いスポットでした。特に探していたのが「五色沼のエメラルドグリーンの湖」。写真で見た通り、空の青と雲が湖面に映り込んで、周りの緑とのコントラストがとにかくきれいです。 私の推しはやっぱり青沼。青沼は青い湖というより、場所や時間によって青緑〜エメラルドグリーンに見えて、すごく神秘的。木々の影が水面に落ちると深い緑にも見えるので、「同じ場所なのに色が変わる！」ってテンション上がりました。透明度が高いところだと、水中の枯れ木や水草が見えるのも印象的で、ただ眺めているだけでも飽きません。 歩き方のコツとしては、絶景目的なら“沼を絞って回る”のもあり。青沼→るり沼→柳沼あたりは比較的満足度が高く、時間が限られていても「五色沼来た感」を得やすい印象でした。逆に、全制覇したい人は地図を見ながらペース配分を。途中で撮影が増えるので、想定より時間は押しがちです。 写真をきれいに撮りたいなら、晴れの日＋風が弱い時間帯がおすすめ。風がないと湖面が鏡みたいになって、青い空と白い雲が反射してめちゃくちゃ映えます。展望台や少し開けた場所は特に人気なので、譲り合いながら撮ると気持ちよく回れました。 持ち物は、最低限でも「飲み物」「帽子」「虫よけ」。足元はスニーカーが安心です。森の中は急にひんやりしたり、日陰と日向の差があるので、薄手の羽織があると快適でした。あと地味に助かったのが熊ベル。現地でレンタルできるのもありがたいポイントです。 駐車場が無料なのも嬉しくて、思い立った日に行きやすいのが五色沼の良さ。夏休みの混雑シーズンは早め到着だと気持ち的にもラクでした。家族連れ・カップル・友人同士、誰と行っても「絶景を共有できる」場所なので、裏磐梯で“青い湖・エメラルドグリーンの絶景”を探しているならかなりおすすめです。
