燈明堂海岸は、神奈川県横須賀市西浦賀に位置する小さな海岸で、シーグラスが豊富に拾えることで知られています。私も実際に訪れてみて、その透明感と色とりどりのシーグラスの美しさに感動しました。海岸はコンパクトながらシーグラスが「入れ食い 状態」で手軽にたくさん集められるのが魅力です。 ここでの過ごし方としては、午前中にのんびりとシーグラス拾いを満喫し、午後は持参したバーベキューグッズで食事を楽しむのがおすすめ。周囲にはゴミ箱がないので、必ずゴミは持ち帰るマナーを守りたいですね。特に子ども連れのファミリーには安全面も重要で、現地の道路が狭いため、車で訪れる際はゆっくり走行するよう注意が必要です。 駐車場も燈明堂緑地駐車場が利用でき、最初の30分は無料なので短時間の立ち寄りでも使いやすいです。夜間の入庫不可時間帯はあるものの、日中十分に滞在可能。トイレは設置されているもののシャワーや海の家はないため、海水浴を楽しみたいなら簡易シャワーの持参を推奨します。 また、事前にレジャーシートや足を洗う水や2リットルペットボトル数本、テントなどを持っていくとより快適に過ごせ、100均で手に入るかわいいアウトドアグッズを使うのも楽しいです。私自身、簡易シャワーが大活躍しました。 このように、シーグラス拾いとBBQを組み合わせると長時間ゆったりと過ごせ、コスパ良く夏の自然を満喫できます。あなたも今年の夏は横須賀の燈明堂海岸で透明感あふれるシーグラス探しとバーベキューを楽しんでみてはいかがでしょうか。自然の美しさとリラックスした時間が心に残る素敵な思い出になるはずです。
