Smart watch is a very good tool, but it's designed for us to look at it often, and our brain is designed to worry about what it looks like often, so this kind of loop happens.

⏰ Set "data viewing time" instead of watching all day, like an email check - not every 10 minutes.

✋🏻 distinguish between "signal" and "verdict," sleep score 60 = data to observe, not = today the cham failed.

⁉️ ask yourself before looking at the clock, "How do I feel?" and see if the numbers are consistent. Start listening to your body before the device tells you.

😈 allow some days to be "bad." Low numbers. ❣ Must solve everything immediately. Maybe the body just needs a break, not optimize.

Smart watch should be a mirror for us to understand ourselves.

It's not the teacher who cuts our grades every morning.

The numbers are bad, but we feel good. We can go out and live.
