My First Tracy Anderson Class in NYC

I took a class at the TA Tracy Anderson Method Studio , and it was super intense. The room was hot, and we moved nonstop. My legs were shaking during the floor work, but I pushed through. The mirrors helped me follow along, and I actually felt stronger after. Definitely not your average workout.

It has been a journey. Took my MSF class in 2020. Test rode 20 bikes before I found the one. 21 Heritage 114. Now I have 4 bikes. 24 Streetglide, 22 Honda CRF300LA and a Honda CB500X...thanks to a wonderful man that supports me and our adventures!

Don’t spend the money on First Class

Now let me start off by saying I paid for this with points but my review wouldn’t be any different. I generally don’t think First Class is worth it. I’d rather splurge on a hotel or go on multiple vacations a year then lay flat for 8 hours on an airplane. I mean if you have the money I guess go for
