Deck 13 - Quantum of the seas - Creepy Vibes

Most cruise ships do not have Deck 13-why is that? Why did Royal Caribbean put a deck 13 on their Quantum class ships? Which other cruise lines and ships DO have a deck 13?

I have questions!!! When you are cruise obsessed, these are things you want to learn about. Quantum of the seas Royal Caribbean definitely carries that vibe, and these were not just Halloween Decorations either.
