I try to make the best out of what I got so when I go out to walk my dog and let my kids get some fresh air and exercise (theres no park near us) I try to utilize that time to color or study while they are busy playing and also meditate. My dog loves to be by my side while I’m doing so. So if you feel like you never have time for yourself then you just got to make it happen squeeze it in even if it just 5 mins take it for you and make it yours. I’m a mom 24/8 and never feel like I have time alone unless it’s 2/3am so I learned stop waiting for it and make it happen
