Every day, I jot down how I feel in Lifelight. Even a quick sentence helps. Getting thoughts out of my head = instant relief. It feels like venting to a friend who actually listens.

🤖 2. Gentle support from AI

“You’ve done enough today. Rest is okay.”

It’s a small thing, but it keeps me grounded.
