Dearborn Cafe Review
Dearborn cafe has been in my cafe list for the longest time and I have finally visited it last weekend! I learnt about this place while I was looking for nice granola in Singapore and saw many people recommending this place. I went to the outlet at Everton Park and it was an outdoor seating arrangement. Food we ordered:
1. Strawberry Macadamia with Greek yoghurt - $8.00
Rating ⭐: 9/10
I’ve tried many different granola from the local supermarket and the granola in Dearborn is rly good. It isn’t too sweet and it blends well with the Greek yogurt.
They sell the granola as well and I will defo come back to buy them!!
2. House-made sourdough with Dearborn butter (Smoked Cheddar and Chilli) - $6.00
Rating ⭐: 9/10
I ordered this out of curiosity and it was surprisingly good. It is crunchy on the outside but super soft inside. Personally I can ’t really taste the spiciness of the chilli, so you don’t have to be afraid of the spice! The butter tasted interestingly well too.
3. Potato and Egg - $12.00
Rating ⭐: 10/10
Honestly I was already planning to go to the New Bahru outlet to eat this because I didn’t know they have this at the Everton Park outlet 😆 and it felt like a nice surprise knowing that they do have this as their Saturday special ☺️
This was so so good, and the internet wasn’t lying about this. I don’t know how to describe this but the the potato and egg melt so nicely tgt.
You can dip the bread into this too! I rly enjoyed my breakfast here and I find the staff super friendly and nice. You can use CDC vouchers in this outlet too!

If you're a fan of wholesome breakfasts and unique cafe experiences, Dearborn Cafe is definitely worth a visit beyond just the granola. From my time there, I noticed the cafe’s strong focus on fresh, quality ingredients which really elevates even simple dishes like their sourdough toast with a smoky cheddar and chilli butter that offers just a hint of spice—not overwhelming at all. I appreciated how their Saturday special, the potato and egg dish, stood out for its comforting blend and versatility—perfect for dipping bread and savoring each bite. What I found also interesting is their commitment to sustainability; they encourage reducing single-use plastics and promote leisurely eating, which aligns with modern eco-conscious dining trends. The menu’s variety, including options with dairy-free coconut vanilla bean yogurt, caters well to different dietary preferences, ensuring there’s something for everyone. The cafe’s outdoor seating at Everton Park provides a relaxed vibe, ideal for a weekend brunch or catching up with friends. Plus, they accept CDC vouchers, which is a bonus for locals wanting to support community enterprises without breaking the bank. For anyone exploring Singapore’s cafe scene, Dearborn’s mix of unique granola flavors including strawberry macadamia and dark chocolate with hazelnut, along with their house-made spreads and robust black cold brew from Nylon Coffee Roasters nearby, creates a satisfying breakfast or brunch option. The friendly staff and community-centered atmosphere make it an inviting spot to return to, whether at Everton Park or their New Bahru outlet, which also offers delightful menu items worth trying on another visit.
