Seasonal depression is so prevalent this time of year.

We made it through the excitement of the holidays and are a few weeks into the new year, but it seems like we still have so much WINTER to get through.

The dreary feelings you might be experiencing are usually from a drop in feel-good hormones like dopamine and serotonin. There are so many ways to boost these hormones and help your brain feel more happy and enlightened, and I highly recommend doing yourself a favor by trying 🫶🏼
