Spinach & Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast 🤤
This was made on a whim so I don’t have exact measurements - measure with your heart!
Here’s what you’ll need to make it:
▪️ Chicken Breast
▪️ Cream Cheese
▪️ Sour Cream
▪️ Feta Cheese
▪️ Spinach
▪️ Minced Garlic
▪️ Garlic Powder
▪️ Onion Powder
▪️ Salt & Pepper
▪️ Bacon (optional for topping)
Here’s how to assemble:
• Slice horizontal lines across your chicken Breast deep enough to stuff the cream cheese filling into & set aside
• Slice your Spinach leaves into little strips
• In a bowl, mix together: cream cheese, feta cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, spinach and seasonings.
• Stuff the slots you cut on the chicken with the cream cheese mixture
• top with flake salt, smoked paprika, parsley & cooked bacon pieces if desired
🔥Bake at 365 degrees for 30 minutes, or until the internal temp of the Chicken has reached 165 degrees. Chicken breasts vary in size so just be sure to keep an eye on it!
We smoked ours on our Traeger and paired it with a bbq sauce, that’s why there are sauces pictured. You definitely do not need to pair this with any sauce - it is perfect on its own!
Enjoy 🥰

Spinach and feta stuffed chicken is not just a delicious meal; it's packed with nutrients. Spinach provides iron and vitamins A, C, and K, while feta adds a creamy texture and tangy flavor, enhancing both taste and nutritional value. For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding sun-dried tomatoes or herbs like basil and oregano into the stuffing. These ingredients will brighten the dish and elevate its taste profile. Additionally, complement your meal with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad to create a hearty, balanced dinner. Many find that using chicken thighs instead of breasts can add more moisture and richness to the dish. If you enjoy grilling, try cooking this stuffed chicken on your barbecue for a smoky flavor; it pairs beautifully with the creaminess of the filling. You can also make this dish in advance and freeze it for a quick meal later. Simply prepare and stuff the chicken, then wrap it tightly in foil or a freezer bag. When you're ready to eat, let it thaw overnight in the fridge before baking. This recipe is not only versatile but also caters to a variety of dietary preferences, making it a great option for family gatherings. Enjoy your cooking adventure!
